No demo team threads yet in Airshows? Here’s a shot from back in the day when the Blue Angels flew their legacy Hornets at NAS Oceana. Shot from the tower back in 2006. We were so spoiled with access.
great photo Roger. the Blue Angels are another level altogether. I would love to see their display,as would my son, but unless they change their entire routine to conform with British display laws, its not going to happen

These photos are sooo sedate. A proper Blue Angel should be trailing vapour (and maybe venting a little fuel) all over the sky! Kinda like this guy, at El Centro last month.

The T-birds did go to El Centro, but that was a couple of weeks after my visit.
