That’s a nice catch! Always love test birds, even with how boring this one may seem. Very cool.

So I came across this slide scan from the 1991 RIAT show at RAF Fairford. I never got into scanning, realizing my slides weren’t that good to begin with… at least I have the memories…

Now, the Tornado is my all time favourite aircraft. It looks intimidating 5 miles away.

Not my favorite, and its looks are up for debate (:wink: ), there is no denying it; the Tonka is a classic jet. A Cold War mainstay and a mean looking machine with the wings swept back.

Here’s colorful one from the Luftwaffe at rest at Holloman AFB back in 2004.
