Stumbled on KCLT back in 2016 on my way to Beaufort and found that the multi-storey car park was excellent for snapping, and no real issues.

Me all excited to see a Southwest…(My local, KROA sees very little traffic and that is almost all tiny regionals from AA and Delta.)
