I only ever saw one live F-106, from a distance taking off from Davis-Monthan in 1987, I think it was a Montana ANG alert jet. I did get to Tyndall while they still flew QF-106s though, wish I’d been able to see more but as I started going to the States they were reaching the end, with long lines in AMARC.
