this example of the type is a Buccaneer S.2B. XX901 “The Flying Mermaid” saw action in the Gulf war and is now lovingly preserved at Yorkshire Air Museum.

It’s such a weird plane. But somehow it looks really good flying at top speed at minimal altitude, exactly what is what made for.

I have to go over my slides from the early 90s to look up the ones on RIAT static.

Its a big old beast really. I do like the bucc. But then, im a big fan of all cold war jets tbh.
