Had a flying visit to Bentwaters on sunday. Ive been wanting to go for years as it has an A-10.
Only 3 complete aircraft on view but worth it for an A-10

Such a shame. Would have been nice in a hangar. They were stationed there in the 80’s right?

I saw those A-10s during one of their deployments at Nörvenich Air Base in Germany.

Believe it or not, i have never seen one fly. For some reason they have always alluded me.

next was this rather impressive Lockheed T-33 Shooting star.theres one in most uk museums but I did like this one.
