Thanks to Kev, we were able to visit the 111 FS of the 147 FW (now 147 AW) at Ellington Field, Houston TX back in 2007. Part of the visit was flying along with a family tanker trip. The squadron was phasing out their Vipers and family and press were invited to ride along and see the Vipers in flight before they left the base. Eventually the squadron and wing converted to MQ-9 Reapers.
