In honor of the 80th anniversary of our liberation of the south of The Netherlands and the Market Garden operation there are a bunch of events organized here in the area between Eindhoven and Arnhem / Nijmegen. One of them was an air assault demo by the 101 Airborne Division just north of Eindhoven. Main unit to participate was of course the 101. But the 1st Cavalry Division provided the helicopters and the Dutch Air Mobile Brigade acted as bad guys and reserve unit. Will have a report with more images soon.
