Nothing compares!

I wish I was a writer so I could share the experience of sitting in a COD backwards, preparing to land on that boat. Weird vapor coming up inside the plane while we got the warning we would be landing soon. Three times… no landing. Fourth time was a charm. Landing in a controlled crash, to be welcomed by wall of hot humid kerosine fumes filled air exiting that COD while huge machines are roaring all around you. It was stimuli overload, but the good kind.

A kid’s dreams coming true.

Alas, I’m not a writer.

Seen at phoenix skyharbour at CuttersMarch 2016,
asked the pilot if he couldwalk along with me to picture the two F-18’s , and that was absolutely no problem…
